For this task the hokey pokeys and the Bungy Jumpers had a task to read a book about window washing. Then after that we had to make a poster about if we would apply for the job.

Auxiliary Verbs

WALT:  We are learning about auxiliary verbs and using them in sentences.



For this task we learnt about Auxiliary Verbs and what mean. Auxiliary Verbs help sentences  say what is happening.  

Fit bit charge and Garmin vivo

For this task our teacher was teaching us about customer reviews and we were looking at fitness watches like the fit bit charge and the Garmin vivo. But first we had to watch both youtube adds to see witch one out of them both was better. Then after watching the youtube adds we all had different opinions about both watches. Most of the class was more on the fit bit charge side only because on the youtube add for the  fit bit charge looked like it had better quality than the Garmin vivo. For the customer reviews we both had a look around about what other people thought about both watches fit bit charge had better reviews than the Garmin vivo. After that our teacher was talking to us about  the producer who makes the product only make the advertisement look good but if you purchased it you would ether like or not. That is why we had a look at the customer reviews so that we know if we are going to purchase something. It's better to look at customer reviews so we know other peoples opinion and what they think about the product before you decide to buy it or not.

Fundraising for skiing trip

For this task we had to make a poster about what we read and so the hokey pokey had to make a poster about fundraising for a skiing trip. But first we had to make a discussion doc and so we split into 3 pairs. And we had to discuss about what the book is about and then write a advertisement. Then we had to make this poster about how I would fundraising for a  skiing trip. 

conjunctions

WALT:conjunctions and how to use them in sentences.
For this task we had to do conjunctions which connects to sentences and gives the reader more infamation.

• We went home and went straight to bed.

• They are rich but they aren’t happy.

• We went home because we were tired.

• We went home early, so we missed the end of the concert.

• We went home when Jane wanted to.

• We went home before the concert ended.

• We went home after Max Jones had sung his first song.

• We went home although / though we did not really want to.

• We will go home if we are tired.

maths problem solving term 3 week 3

This is my maths problem solving that I worked on with my friend Alfa. In the
first question I have been using adding and taking away metres. In the next one
we are just adding to find the answer using grams.
